Our platform allows for communication to flow quickly and effectively to all involved parties – the owner, the tenant, Specialized, and the contracted vendor completing the work. We then provide real-time updates on the status of each repair, with supporting pictures and information. This helps ensure residents are satisfied with their rental experience and property owners homes are well cared for.
